Does she have the right to pick up my grandkids?
My daughter's ex is in the hospital for surgery and he will be there until next week. His live-in girlfriend (with whom he had an affair with causing the divorce) plans on picking up the kids. Does my daughter have to turn the kids over to her? She has been unsuccessful in reaching her attorney.
