Can I sue for child support?

Can I sue for back child support if we just had a verbal agreement? I have a record showing that I took him to the Child Support Division, but was closed since we did not go to court.

You can sue for child support regardless of any agreement you had. Even if you had agreed not to seek any child support, you can still sue for it. This is the child's right and it is not waived by any agreement you may have or may not have with the non-custodial parent.
