Can the house be part of the alimony?
My husband and I have been married since 2005 and have 2 children. We plan to get a divorce. We are living in his father’s house. His dad passed away in 2007. If we get divorced is the house going to be part of the alimony? If I am required to move out, how much can I ask for child support and other expenses like rent? Thank you.
